Join our Ball club based at Marmion Reserve, Myaree!

Our summer season runs from Mid October (Term 4 2025) to March (Term 1 2026), with a break over the Christmas holidays.

Player positions on the field and the batting lineup are rotated weekly, ensuring that every young Mariner has the opportunity to experience different roles, enhancing their confidence and skills.

Highlight of the Tee Ball season is the TBAWA Tee Ball State Championships, held on the WA Labour Day long weekend in March. Players can try out if they wish to pursue the sport more competitively, and represent our club against other top teams from around WA.

Our Rookie Ball is for Kindy Kids. It is an introduction to Tee Ball and learning all about team sports! Rookie Ball is for 1 hour on a Friday afternoon and runs throughout Term 4.

Under 7s play modified games at Marmion Reserve on Saturday mornings.

Tee Ball team U8s through to U12s play within a local competition with Yangebup Knights, Kardinya Red Sox and Willetton Wildcats.  This gives our members the opportunity to play a larger variety of players and teams, for a more well-rounded competition.

Machine Pitch is a fabulous crossover between Tee Ball and baseball. It is for girls and boys aged 7-10 years and gets them used to hitting a moving ball. To be eligible for Machine Pitch play must be registered to play Tee Ball in the 2025/2026 season

Little League Baseball is a development program, designed specifically for players to transition from Tee Ball.

​MMBC Little League Baseball program is only for our Yr 4, Yr 5 & Yr 6 Friday night players as Little League Baseball play a home and away competition on Saturday mornings and train during the week. Please complete a Little League Expression of Interest form HERE

The club's philosophy emphasises that children should have a fun and positive experience, focusing on enjoyment rather than competitive pressure.

All activities organised by the Melville Mariners Tee Ball club are intended to be played in the spirit of the philosophy of Tee Ball

We're looking for parent volunteers to help out as coaches, managers, umpires, scorers, and canteen helpers. Don't worry if you're new to these roles - we'll provide training and support throughout the season. Your help is crucial to making our club run smoothly!
